  Hello Dale, Thank you for your interest. The Bostwick Shoals Dresser will be shipped pre-assembled. The only assembly that could be required would be to attach the knobs to the drawers.

• What materials is this dresser made of. Does it chip or peel easily. Asked by Janet

  Thank you for contacting Furniture Pick.  Unfortunately, it does not say what it is made out of, but I would say either MDF or particle board with veneer overlay.  In regards to quality I cannot say if it will chip or peel, the quality on this piece is not going to be similar to solid wood furniture.

• If the dresser is already shipped pre-assembled what would the $125 assembly charge be for? Asked by Emily

  Thank you for contacting Furniture Pick.  The Bostwick Shoals Dresser does come fully assembled, the only thing you would have to do is put the drawer knobs on.  The $125 assembly charge is to bring the item into the house, place in the room of choice, unpack it, assemble, and remove all packing material.  This is generally an option for people that do not have someone to help them get the item into the house or upstairs and this unfortunately would not be covered under curbside delivery which is strictly an outside delivery method.

This was my first experience buying from FurniturePick. I got exactly what I wanted. I saw the same bedroom set in my local store and it was $200 more and they charge $80 for delivery. I like that I get the option of curbside or inside delivery. It came exactly when they said it would which was about week from when I ordered it. If I ordered it from my local furniture store it would have taken 4 to 6 weeks! I also told a friend and she ordered as well and was thrilled with her purchase. She saw the same piece she bought for much more money in our local store as well.
